"My dog came home in such a..."
My dog came home in such a good mood today, which made me really happy. I also appreciated getting the email/receipt afterward so everything was easy to keep track of.

"Clean overall, just noticed a small thing"
Overall, I thought the place was clean, and it didn’t have that strong pet smell some places do. The play areas looked well kept too, which I appreciated. I did notice a bit of hair around the pickup area, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Has anyone else noticed that, or was it just maybe the timing of my visit? Still a solid 4 stars from me

"Not gonna lie, the feeding was okay but meds got mixed up"
Not gonna lie, they did feed my dog mostly right, but one of the medication times was missed. I called and the staff did fix it quickly, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think they need to be a little more careful with medication schedules

"Really Happy With the Odor Control"
I’m satisfied with this. The litter area smells so much better now, which makes a big difference around the house. It’s not totally perfect after a few days, but it definitely helps a lot, and my cat doesn’t seem bothered by it at all.

"I expected a little more for the price..."
I expected a little more for the price. It felt kind of expensive for what you actually get, though maybe it would be worth it for someone who really likes this type of product.

"Service was fine, but slower than I’d like"
They did answer my question eventually, so I can’t say the service was bad. But personally, I’m not very patient when it comes to waiting around for basic help, and it felt like it took longer than it should have. They weren’t rude or anything, just a bit slow and not as helpful as I was hoping.

"My dog came back looking so clean"
I was really happy with the grooming. My dog came back super soft and smelled really nice, and they trimmed him pretty much exactly how I asked. It’s just nice when you explain what you want and they actually... yeah, I’d definitely go back.

"Nice staff, but I felt uneasy after paying"
The staff were really friendly and the visit itself was good. I appreciated how nice everyone was, but after I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure and didn’t fully trust how things were handled. Overall it was okay, just left me with a little doubt afterward.

"Good vet care, small wait"
Brought my dog in for shots and an itchy ear. The vet was nice, checked him over, and explained the meds simply. Front desk was friendly too.

We did wait about 20 minutes past our appointment time, so that’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. Overall it was fine and my dog seemed comfortable there

"Easy pickup and my dog seemed well cared for"
Overall, I had a good experience. My dog seemed happy when I picked him up, and the pickup process was really easy, which I appreciated. Check-in did take a little longer than I expected, and I do think places that care for pets should be mindful of people’s time. But most importantly, they seemed to treat my dog well, and that matters the most to me.

"I’d had an okay impression of this..."
I’d had an okay impression of this place before, but after my dog’s most recent stay, I’m not feeling great about it. She had a small incident while she was there, and I felt like I had to keep asking questions to get any real details. The staff were polite, so I don’t want to make it sound like they were rude, but the follow-up was slow and vague. Since this just happened, it’s definitely what’s sticking with me the most, and I expected clearer communication when something involves someone’s pet.

"Booking was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried to book my dog’s stay online, and it was kind of a pain. The site kept making me re-enter the same info, and the date selection was confusing enough that I wasn’t even sure the reservation actually went through until later. It did work out in the end, but it would’ve been so much easier if I could’ve just talked to an actual person instead of dealing with everything online.

In the end, they did help me with my concern, which I appreciated. It just took a little longer than I expected to hear back, so I was waiting around for a bit. Once they responded, though, they handled it fine.

"After this last visit, I’m really impressed"
My dog normally gets really anxious when I leave him anywhere, so I was expecting the usual stressed-out pickup. But after this most recent visit, he came home calm and didn’t seem drained at all. The staff seemed patient with him, and the updates made it so much easier for me not to worry all day. Based on how this went, I’m feeling really good about bringing him back.

I really loved getting the pics and videos because it made me feel calm and less worried. I do wish there had been a few more updates though — I kept checking and checking, and it felt like I was waiting around a lot. Still, the photos and videos I did get were great and really helped me relax.

"Really Happy With the Playgroup Care"
My dog came home happy and relaxed after playgroup, which made me feel really good about the whole experience. The staff seemed attentive and like they were keeping a close eye on all the dogs, so I felt comfortable leaving my pup there. I do wish I had gotten a few more updates during the day, just for peace of mind, but overall it was a positive experience. Seeing my dog so content afterward really meant a lot to me.

"They Really Understood What My Dog Needed"
My older dog has to take meds and can get anxious with new people, so I’ll admit I was a little worried leaving him. But the staff at Pet Paradise didn’t just nod along to my notes, they really seemed to read between the lines and understand what kind of care he needed. They followed his routine, took their time with him, and he came home calm and happy. I’m genuinely grateful they treated him with that much patience.
